For 2 people
300g of minced pork or beef depending on your preference
2 tsp mixed herbs
400g (1 tin) of Tomatoes
1 x Onion, Sliced
1 x Red Pepper, chopped
1 x Garlic Clove Crushed
1 Tbs Tomatoe Puree
1 tbs Olive Oil
Mix together the meat, herbs, paprika and salt and pepper and then divide the mixture into roughly 10 – 12 balls.
Make sure that the balls are reasonably firm
Heat the olive oil and fry the onion until soft. Add the tomatoe puree and garlic, then add the tinned tomatoes and chopped pepper. Once the sauce is cooking add teh meatballs and leave to simmer for roughly 15 minutes, turning occassionally to ensure that they are covered in the sauce.
Cook the pasta according to the details on the packet and once cooked, drain and add to the meatballs. Serve when mixed together.
